We offer secured housing to all first-year undergraduate students, 22 years of age and under, who have accepted 黑料社's offer of admission.

Housing Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year will open in March.听Learn more about the聽residence application process, including details on who is eligible for guaranteed accommodation, the process of聽hall and room assignment, and what you need to do to confirm your room reservation.

Confirmation Deadline: You must confirm your room reservation and pay the residence deposit along with a residence application fee (non-refundable)聽sometime in June 2026. A date will be confirmed Spring 2026.

Cancellation Penalties: Please note that when you accept your offer to live in residences,聽you are making聽a commitment聽for a lease under Quebec law for聽the full academic year. There will be cancellation penalties聽for those who choose to terminate their contract. For more information visit聽Cancellation Policies.听
